Abstract

A 2 : 1 2-methoxybenzoquinone (BQ(OMe))-hydroquinone (H2Q) complex (5), obtained as single crystals by a solvent-free reaction, combines dipolar and pi-pi interactions, as well as hydrogen bonding.
