Abstract
With the broad employment of immunosuppressive therapy, the incidence of Pseudallescheria boydii infections is rising. We report a first case of the localized subcutaneous P. boydii infection in a patient with microscopic polyangiitis. Favorable outcome related to the treatment with voriconazole adds to the growing body of evidence supporting the use of this particular agent in P. boydii infections.Entities:
