Abstract
Agenesis of the dorsal pancreas (ADP) is a rare congenital anomaly. We describe four patients with ADP presenting with acute pancreatitis. One patient had diabetes mellitus and another had malrotation of duodenum as an additional feature. All patients improved on conservative management.Entities:
