Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Sinonasal undifferentiated carcinoma (SNUC) is a rare and relatively newly described clinicopathological entity of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. CASE REPORT: Authors report a 12-year-old male child with SNUC, who presented primarily with features of raised intracranial pressure without any feature pertaining to nasal cavity/orbit involvement. The large mass, however, was also predominantly intracranial resembling with solid intra-axial tumor, with its classical clinical profile. DISCUSSION: The authors highlight important diagnostic features, pathogenesis, and outcome of SNUC. The unique features of the only intracranial involvement are also discussed.Entities:
