Rewiring phagocytic signal transduction.

Clifford A Lowell1.

Abstract

In this issue of Immunity, primary macrophages from Vav1(-/-)/Vav3(-/-) and Rac1(-/-)/Rac2(-/-) mice to produce a new picture of Fcgamma receptor and complement receptor 3 intracellular signaling have been examined.
