Abstract
Mesenteric hematoma is an uncommon condition. A 24-year-old man who underwent surgery for retroperitoneal leiomyosarcoma presented 9 months later with upper abdominal mass. Computerized tomography revealed a mesenteric mass in relation to proximal ileum. With a diagnosis of tumor recurrence, exploratory laparatomy was carried out, and the mass was resected out. Histology revealed an organized hematoma.Entities:
