Abstract
Acquired circulating heparin-like anticoagulants may have different causes, the most frequent being plasmocyte proliferation. The authors report an exceptional case of association between an heparin-like inhibitor and a small-cell anaplastic lung carcinoma, and they review the pathogenesis, laboratory diagnostic methods and treatment of the anticoagulant.Entities:
