Mycoplasma pneumonia with antiphospholipid antibodies and a cardiac thrombus.

Abstract

A case is reported of a four-year old child with mycoplasma pueumonia with a left atrial thrombus secondary to aPL antibodies. He was anticoagulated and the thrombus resolved in six months.
