Abstract
Sinus valsalva aneurysm is a rare condition. Most aneurysms usually originate from the right or non-coronary sinus. A few series were reported about the sinus valsalva aneurysm describing its origin, diagnostic tools and prognosis. We describe a case of a sinus valsalva aneurysm originating from the left coronary sinus that ruptured into the right atrium, diagnosed with echocardiography and cardiac computed tomography, confirmed by angiography and operational findings.Entities:
