Abstract
Giant cell interstitial pneumonia is a form of pulmonary fibrosis usually caused by exposure to hard metals. We report a case of giant cell interstitial pneumonia in a 60-year-old female office worker who was a non-smoker and did not have any exposure to hard metals.Entities:
