Abstract
We present the case of a 66-year-old man with a congenital diaphragmatic hernia and splenic rupture. The adult presentation of congenital posterolateral diaphragmatic (Bochdalek) hernia is rare. We describe the operative approach and provide a brief review of the literature.Entities:
