Abstract
Subfrontal schwannomas are rare intracranial tumors. Most of them are associated with hyposmia/anosmia. The source of origin of these tumors is still incompletely understood. We report a 23-year-old male who presented with recurrent focal motor seizures, but had no hyposmia. The tumor was completely removed by a subfrontal approach.
