Abstract
Cell membranes, the plasma membrane in particular, serve as the hub of various cellular signaling networks. In response to receptor activation, many cytosolic proteins are reversibly recruited to membranes to form dynamic signaling complexes. Membranes provide a unique microenvironment in which the formation of signaling complexes can be exquisitely modulated by the fine interplay between protein-protein and lipid-protein interactions.Entities:
