Abstract
The TRK proto-oncogene encodes a tyrosine kinase receptor for an, as yet, unidentified ligand. In order to help the identification of this ligand, we have constructed an expression vector capable of overexpressing the TRK protein in an inducible fashion. We report here the characterization of the TRK proto-oncogene products obtained from this expression vector.Entities:
