[Study on chemical constituents of Lagotis yunnanensis].

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of Lagotis yunnanensis W. W. Smith.
METHODS: Compounds were isolated from the ethanolic extract of the title herb by silicagel column chromatography and polyamide column chromatography, and their structures were identified by physical and chemical evidences and spectral methods.
RESULTS: Six compounds were isolated and identified as quercetin-3-O-beta-D-glucoside (1), apigenin-7-methyl ether (2), E-cinnamic acid (3), Z-cinnamic acid (4), E-p-coumatic acid (5), Z-p-coumatic acid (6).
CONCLUSION: All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
