Abstract
Excess melanocytic nevi have been reported in several groups of immunosuppressed patients, including organ transplant recipients. We report the case of a 16-year-old transplant recipient whose post-transplant melanocytic nevi decreased in size and color after graft rejection and interruption of immunosuppressive therapy. This case may represent a visual example of an effective immunosurveillance system against melanocytic nevi.Entities:
