Abstract
This case report describes pulmonary embolism in a patient as a complication of extended stay at high altitude. He also had increased plasma homocysteine levels. Hypercoagulability at high altitude along with hyperhomocysteinemia is a risk factor for arterial and venous thrombosis.Entities:
