Abstract
Multiplanar imaging capabilities and increased tissue contrast inherent to MR permit inimitable evaluation of the normal and abnormal structures of the posterior fossa. A review of common posterior fossa neoplasms in adults and children is presented with emphasis on the MR characteristics.Entities:
