Abstract
Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is a low-grade B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Skin involvement is observed in up to 25% of patients. A 70-year-old men with presented with prominent erythematous facial infiltrates. After the diagnosis of CLL was established, he showed a good hematologic response to the monoclonal antibody rituximab, but the skin infiltrates were therapy-resistant.Entities:
