Abstract
How does signaling through the pre-TCR and gammadelta TCR generate distinct cell lineages? A new study shows that a cell-surface marker, CD27, identifies the first point of demarcation of these lineages and allows further probing into the critical regulatory factors that control beta and gammadelta selection.Entities:
