Abstract
The advent of Salmonella transcriptomics has heralded a new era for gene expression analysis of this formidable intracellular pathogen. Increasing numbers of Salmonella transcriptomic datasets will contribute to the comprehensive definition of regulons, stimulons and regulatory networks.
