Abstract
Coronary artery fistulas (CAFs) are rare coronary anomalies which generally require coronary angiography for definitive diagnosis. CAFs most commonly drain into the right atrium or right ventricle, but occasionally can drain into the pulmonary artery. We report the case of an asymptomatic coronary to pulmonary artery fistula, which could only be definitively diagnosed with transesophageal echocardiography.Entities:
