Abstract
We report an unusual anomaly of the upper body venous drainage in a patient with visceroatrial situs inversus. The patient had a persistent right superior vena cava draining into the left-sided right atrium by way of the coronary sinus, with the absence of the left superior vena cava associated with atrioventricular discordant levocardia, pulmonary atresia, and ventricular septal defect.Entities:
