Abstract
The simultaneous appearance of mycosis fungoides (MF) and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL) in the same patient is extremely rare. Only seven cases have been described in literature. A 72-year-old patient was diagnosed with coincident MF, stage Ib, and B-CLL, Binet stage A. Hypotheses on simultaneous occurrence of B- and T-cell malignancies as well as a new therapeutic option are discussed.Entities:
