Abstract
This article reviews the physiological and nutritional changes associated with aging and provides the case manager with nutrition resources. General information on nutritional factors associated with aging, including common nutrient deficiences, is outlined. The dietitian's role in nutrition assessment, intervention, and outcomes is discussed. A list of resources for case managers interested in accessing a registered dietitian is also included.Entities:
