Abstract
The posterior wall of the sphenoid sinus is rarely implicated as a site of spontaneous cerebrospinal fluid fistula. Presented here is a case of CSF rhinorrhea of this nature, including the diagnosis workup and endoscopic approach permitting closure of the fistula.Entities:
