Abstract
Tako-tsubo syndrome appears to be an apparently reversible form of the cardiomyopathy, but little is known about the long term risk even with normalization of ventricular function. The incidence of ventricular arrhythmias after resolution of cardiomyopathy is not known. We present a unique case of tako-tsubo syndrome in a 71-year-old woman who developed symptomatic ventricular arrhythmias after complete resolution of cardiomyopathy.Entities:
