Abstract
We report the third case in the literature of a patient with a long-lasting renal allograft who experienced tuberculosis just after the switch from azathioprine to mycophenolate mofetil. The switch was likely responsible for the reactivation of dormant tuberculosis; prophylactic antituberculous treatment should be considered in cases of such a therapeutic change.Entities:
