Abstract
Acute laryngeal trauma is an uncommon injury. Such trauma is not generally encountered by oral and maxillofacial surgeons. We illustrate a patient who sustained a severe penetrating laryngeal injury. His subsequent management was optimised by the joint intra-operative surgical collaboration between otorhinolaryngology and maxillofacial disciplines.Entities:
