[The late results in conservatively treated fractures of the mandibular condylar process].

The results of conservative treatment of 128 patients, who suffered an isolated fracture of the mandibular condylar process at least 5 years ago and their dependence upon localisation and dislocation of the fracture are demonstrated. The advantages and disadvantages of conservative and operative therapy are discussed.
