Abstract
A 75-year-old woman with refractory paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy underwent a successful combined maze procedure and septal myectomy. Postoperative episodes of atrial fibrillation and flutter occurred only during periods of bradyarrhythmia and did not recur with atrial inhibited pacing.Entities:
