Abstract
Isolated ACTH deficiency is a rare disorder often presenting with long-standing aspecific symptoms combined with unusual clinical presentations. We here describe a patient in whom pericardial effusion was part of the dinical presentation and fully resolved on steroid at replacement dosage, highlighting the possibility of hypoadrenalism as an additional cause of pericardial effusion of unknown origin.Entities:
