Abstract
We report a case of a man with a testicular mixed germ cell tumor in whom the first symptom was severe anemia secondary to upper gastrointestinal bleeding from a metastatic pure choriocarcinoma. He underwent ileal enterectomy, radical orchiectomy, and several cycles of chemotherapy (cisplatin, etoposide, and bleomycin). He died within 41 days of diagnosis.Entities:
