Abstract
Hamartomas of the cerebellopontine angle or internal auditory canal are very rare and only four cases have been reported. We report an unusual case of a glioneural hamartoma of the VIIIth nerve with clinical, radiological and audiometric similarity with vestibular schwannoma.Entities:
