Abstract
We report an unusual case of extra-axial metastatic adenocarcinoma of the prostate that closely simulated a frontal, parasagittal, dural-based meningioma. Such tumours, which satisfy several criteria for a diagnosis of meningioma, but which have proved instead to be metastatic adenocarcinoma of the prostate, form the focus of our report.Entities:
