Abstract
Physiologic concentrations of insulin enhance the ability of cytotoxic lymphocytes to injure target cells. The effect of insulin closely resembles the action of cholinomimetics and guanosine 3',5'-monophosphate upon this system. Since both insulin and cholinomimetics elevate intracellular concentrations of guanosine 3',5'-monophosphate, a common mode of action is suggested.Entities:
