Abstract
A young woman with a small pituitary tumor associated with hyperprolactinemia developed subacute intrapituitary hemorrhage during the third trimester of pregnancy and presented with central diabetes insipidus. Magnetic resonance imaging established the diagnosis. After transsphenoidal surgery, her visual findings resolved, and the patient had an uneventful spontaneous delivery.Entities:
