Abstract
A novel actinomycete strain YIM 33378T was isolated from a soil sample collected from Lijiang, Yunnan Province, China. Based on the results of phenotypic and genotypic characteristics, strain YIM 33378T should be assigned to a new species of the genus Nocardia, for which the name Nocardia lijiangensis sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is YIM 33378T (= CCTCC AA 204005T = KCTC 19028T). The GenBank accession number for the sequence reported in this paper is AY779043.Entities:
