Abstract
NKG2 receptors and their ligands play an essential role in the control of CTL activation in the tissue microenvironment. We discuss the regulation of NKG2 receptor expression by CTL and how uncontrolled activation of NKG2 receptors can lead to organ-specific autoimmune and inflammatory disorders.Entities:
