Microsurgical exposure of intracranial aneurysms.

Abstract

The surgical anatomy of intracranial aneurysms as seen through the operating microscope is illustrated. The frontotemporal, or pterional, approach is used. The author demonstrates the teaching value of photographs of anatomic details as revealed in surgery.
