Solitary osteochondroma presenting as a neck mass with spinal cord compression syndrome.

Abstract

Osteochondromas are a rare cause of spinal pathology and neurological dysfunction. A case of cervical osteochondroma with spinal cord compression is reported and the pathological, clinical, and radiological features are discussed with a brief review of the literature.
