Abstract
Staphiloccocal Toxic Shock Syndrome is a potentially fatal multisystem disease associated to nasal packing, catheter insertion, retention of foreign materials and uneffective sterile techniques. It is usually developed in the immediate postoperative period (first 48 hours) with hypotension, skin rash, fever, multisystemic failure and shock. We report a case in a 24-year-old man secondary to nasal surgery.Entities:
