Abstract
Among gay men surveyed annually in central London gyms, the percentage reporting high-risk sexual behaviour with a casual partner increased from 6.7% in 1998 to 15.2% in 2001 (P < 0.001). However, between 2002 and 2005 the percentage reporting high-risk sexual behaviour with a casual partner remained stable for HIV-negative and never-tested men (P > or = 0.3), with some evidence of a decline for HIV-positive men (adjusted odds ratio 0.69 per year, 95% confidence interval 0.48, 0.99, P = 0.047).Entities:
