Pulmonary arteriography.

J H Grollman1.

Abstract

Developments in catheter design, contrast media, and radiologic equipment have simplified the performance of pulmonary arteriography. With proper precautions the procedure is acceptably safe even in critically ill patients. This procedure should be part of the repertoire of any active and properly equipped angiographic laboratory.
