Abstract
Leiomyosarcomas are malignant tumours of smooth muscle origin. These tumours are very rare in the head and neck region. We report a case of metastatic uterine leiomyosarcoma masquerading as a primary sarcoma of the masseter muscle. We highlight the importance of considering the possibility of an unrecognised primary abdominal or uterine tumour.Entities:
