Abstract
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma occurs about 0.25-0.5% all malignancies in Poland. From the mids of a group more frequent are undifferentiated cancer (about 70%). The authors describe a case of undifferentiated nasopharyngeal cancer in 17-years old woman, which is connected with lymphonodular tuberculosis. They point to precise diagnostics of lymphonodular metastases, looking for primary carcinoma focus and difficulties in diagnosis.Entities:
