ClaNC: point-and-click software for classifying microarrays to nearest centroids.

Abstract

SUMMARY: ClaNC (classification to nearest centroids) is a simple and an accurate method for classifying microarrays. This document introduces a point-and-click interface to the ClaNC methodology.
