Abstract
A case of abdominal cystic lymphangioma is described. Our sonographic examination showed a large multilocular cyst with a cluster of honeycomb cysts revealing a cobweb appearance, which correlated with the pathologic specimen, and revealed characteristics of the disease. Sonographic appearance may be helpful in differentiating abdominal cystic lymphangioma from other multilocular cystic tumors.Entities:
