Abstract
Cystadenomas are rare benign tumors with malignant potential. A 36-year-old woman presented with a 20-cm cystic mass in the left lobe of the liver. Surgery confirmed the diagnostic imaging findings. We present a case of cystadenoma of the liver with ovarian-like stroma and its associated radiologic characteristics.Entities:
