Abstract
We describe a 47-year-old man affected with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and frequent episodes of syncope. During ambulatory Holter monitoring and head-up tilt test, a syncopal attack was associated with sinus arrest and hypotension. This case suggests an additional mechanism of syncope in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.Entities:
